Spending of funds is confined to board-approved programs and purchases. Each gift designated toward an approved program will be used as a designated unit, with the understanding that if the funds raised for any project exceed the expenses, or the project can not be completed for any reason determined by the board, the board and school administration will decide how to use the designated gifts as best benefit the school.
